Finance & Accounting Senior Manager plays a strategic leadership role in overseeing financial operations across multiple business streams. This position is responsible for end-to-end finance processes including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, auditing support, and revenue stream monitoring. The role ensures accurate and compliant financial reporting, identifies discrepancies or anomalies, and implements process improvements to support strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily finance operations across multiple business units (e.g., core business, new initiatives).
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor and reconcile revenue streams, identifying irregularities in revenue recognition or recording, and resolving accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure readiness and support for internal and external audit processes, particularly focusing on topline validation.
- Develop and manage the budget process, forecasting, and financial planning in alignment with company goals.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial operations, enhance internal controls, and improve financial systems.
- Lead, coach, and develop finance team members; foster a high-performance culture.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, technology, business) to provide financial guidance and support project evaluation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide financial policies and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior role, preferably in multi-business or complex operational environments.
- For placement in Bandung.
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team within a dynamic organization.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Solid experience in revenue reporting, budgeting, and audit processes.
- Proficient in financial systems, ERP, Excel, and analytical/reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
