Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee every strategic direction and operational plan to develop and manage the Evermos Community.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies that effectively support business and marketing objectives.
3. Lead the development of the Evermos community program to continue growth through relevant activities and benefits.
4. Identify and maintain strategic partnerships with external communities, and institutions.
5. Lead the Evermos Reseller Coordinator to achieve its goal and target.
6. Analyze and report the effectiveness of every community activity based on GMV & Contribution Margin in the area.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience(s) in community management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Required to travel and work outside
