Job Summary
We are looking for a Freelance Admin Support to help manage quotations, invoices, purchase orders, payment processing, and daily operational trackers. The role involves data entry, maintaining accurate financial records, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update brand quotations, agreements, and databases.
  • Assist with accounts receivable monitoring and invoice preparation (prepaid and postpaid).
  • Handle tax document processing (invoice, receipt, withholding slips).
  • Support procurement process (RO, PO, CDV) and payment to vendors or third parties.
  • Maintain daily trackers and upload/download data from systems (Jubelio, Everpro).
  • Assist in preparing internal memos for company needs.

Job Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to work full-time onsite (WFO) at HQ in Dago, Bandung.
  • Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or administration is preferred.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Freelance position, initial contract until January with possibility of extension based on performance.
