• Bachelor’s degree all majors
• Proven solid experience in managing Product Sourcing and Buying/Procurement operations ideally 2-3 years
• Procurement Techniques and Sourcing Knowledge especially in SaaS.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented for flow management
• Agile, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Project Management

• Determine the right vendor based on vendor performance evaluation results so that the product sourcing and buying process becomes better in serving customer needs.
• Place orders for products according to the specifications and quantities that have been planned in accordance with applicable company procedures, in order to support the smooth running of the Company's operations.
• Checking all products that arrive in accordance with the agreements that have been agreed with vendors both in terms of time, quantity and quality so that business operational processes can run well.
• Establish good relations with vendors to expedite or facilitate the procurement of products and can provide mutually beneficial services with the company.
• Understand the internal operations and challenges, make the tactical decisions for right procurement flows and operations
