Finance & Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of financial activities to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and smooth operational execution. This role plays a key part in handling daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timely processing of transactions in line with company policies.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Specialist provides critical support in areas such as revenue recognition, expense tracking, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and audit preparation. The position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Specialist provides critical support in areas such as revenue recognition, expense tracking, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and audit preparation. The position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial activities in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in accurate revenue recognition and prepare monthly closing financial reports
- Support Accounts Payable & Receivable processes by managing invoices & payments
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and compliance
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records to maintain accuracy
- Support timely and accurate recognition of revenues and expenses in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
- Work closely with other departments such as operations to align financial processes with business objectives
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation and organization of all necessary financial documents and records required for audit processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with accounting standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounting, or financial reporting
- Experience in handling end-to-end operational finance processes is preferred
- Accuracy in data entry, reconciliations, and reporting is a must
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a growing and evolving team structure
- Willingness to handle both routine finance ops and contribute to building/improving systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Accuracy in data entry, reconciliations, and reporting is a must
