Job Summary:
The Food Product Research & Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end research and development (R&D) process of food products, focusing on creating innovative and market-driven solutions for Evermos. This position ensures that all products align with market trends, meet quality standards, and achieve competitive cost management. The role involves collaboration with manufacturers and suppliers to develop products and ensure successful product execution.

Job Description:
  • Conduct comprehensive research and development for food products, focusing on private-label opportunities.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to design and develop products, including packaging and branding aspects.
  • Monitor and analyze food market trends, ensuring the products align with consumer preferences and demands.
  • Ensure cost management by optimizing ingredient selection and understanding cost of goods sold (COGS).
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product development.
  • Maintain effective communication with manufacturers, ensuring product specifications are met.
  • Stay updated on food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct organoleptic tests and analyze results to make informed decisions on product quality and market readiness.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with FMCG, particularly in food and beverages (F&B).
  • Proven experience minimum 3 years in food product R&D or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of food packaging design and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to understand and manage product costing and ingredient selection.
  • Familiarity with market trends and the ability to translate insights into innovative products.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with manufacturers and internal teams effectively.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bandung, Indonesia.
