Claim Officer Intern
General Description
Logistic Claim Officer Intern will gain hands on experience in managing the end-to-end claim process, including analysis, investigation, and follow-up with partners to ensure timely feedback in line with SLA. This role also handles issue resolution within the defined SLA. Additionally, the Claim Officer Intern will assist in monitoring claim transactions, performs payment reconciliation, manages billing and collection to partners, and ensures timely claim payments to users.
The role works closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Technology teams to improve the claims process and overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support to manage the end-to-end claim process, from submission to resolution
- Support to conduct investigations and monitor claims to ensure timely processing
- Support to track and follow up on claim feedback from partners to meet SLA
- Support to monitor and reconcile claim payments to 3PL
- Support to monitor and reconcile claim disbursements to users
- Support to review and resolve claim rejections from partners in a timely manner
- Support to prepare and present weekly performance reports, identifying improvement areas
- Support to collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve user issues effectively
- Work Location : Bandung
Required Qualifications
- Currently enroled or recent graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Prior experience in a related field is preferred, including internship experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of shipping, complaint handling, and recovery processes is a plus
