Performance Marketing Specialist
Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple paid channels to support business growth objectives. This role independently manages day to day campaign operations, analyzes performance data, identifies optimization opportunities, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to improve marketing efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads (Shopee/Tokopedia GMV Max), and CPAS campaigns.
- Support campaign setup, budget allocation, bid adjustments, audience targeting, and creative testing under manager supervision.
- Execute and optimize Marketplace advertising activities, including product boosting, keyword monitoring, catalog optimization, and GMV Max performance improvement initiatives.
- Execute and monitor daily performance to ensure optimal delivery, spending efficiency, ROAS, CAC, and GMV achievement. Also specifically for CPAS campaigns, including product set management, event tracking validation, audience matching, and performance optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate clear reports on KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, CPA, and GMV contribution.
- Identify campaign insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and scale performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, product sets, and campaign structures to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, design, and commercial teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with business objectives.
- Assist in identifying new growth opportunities through platform experimentation, audience exploration, and trend monitoring.
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices across digital advertising and marketplace ecosystems.
- Participate in continuous learning initiatives to strengthen technical and analytical performance marketing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be preferred
- Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts and performance marketing metrics.
- Hands-on experience using Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Marketplace Ads.
- Strong sense to utilize a data set to analyze and measure campaign performance.
- Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization actions.
- Strong writing skills for reports and comprehensive presentations.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and departments to achieve common goals.
- Ability to receive feedback, work under the guidance of direct supervisors but able to work alone with minimum supervision and has strong desire to learn and grow in the performance marketing role.
