Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, research,  and implement intuitive user experiences for digital products.
  2. Develop wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  3. Apply existing design patterns while continuously refining and improving the user experience.
  4. Work closely with the researchers, designers, product managers and engineers to produce intuitive UI design solutions that address customer needs and translate product vision into user interface and experience.
  5. Support cross-functional teams by providing design solutions for product improvements and initiatives.
  6. Communicate design concepts effectively through visual presentations and documentation.
  7. Improve designs based on usability testing, user feedback, and data analysis.
  8. Participate in iterative testing and refinement processes to enhance user experience.
  9. Keep up with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to optimize design solutions.



Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web, mobile, and apps (Android & iOS).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and other collaborative tools.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills to translate complex problems into user-friendly solutions.
  • Experience in prototyping and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Ability to balance aesthetics and functionality, ensuring consistency with design systems.
  • Basic programming knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
