Key Responsibilities

  • Support business trip administration including travel data entry, document submission, and hotel booking coordination.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies (stationery, medical items, and hospitality materials) through regular stock checks.
  • Support the process of creating and distributing employee ID cards and business cards.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are ready for use.
  • Manage Evermart inventory and hospitality supply operations.
  • Support vendor administration including purchase orders and payment documentation for GA service vendors (e.g., Aqua, Rentokil, Calmic).
  • Provide general administrative support for facility management and daily office operations.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate from Office Administration, Communication, Management, or a related major.
  • Previous experience in student organizations, events, or internships is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with basic office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Workspace.
  • Neat appearance and polite, with a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Willing to work from the office according to assigned working hours.
    High initiative, eagerness to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Internship duration: minimum 3 months
