General Description

HR System & Analytics Specialist will play a vital role in driving data-informed decision-making and enhancing HR operations through HRIS optimization and analytics. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of HR systems and data products, enabling the People team to improve workforce insights, operational excellence, and employee experience. The position requires strong analytical skills, HR systems knowledge, and stakeholder engagement capability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver analytical insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations to support People strategy and business decisions.
  2. Manage HRIS modules (Employee Data, Attendance, etc.), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and optimal configuration.
  3. Act as a bridge between People stakeholders and BI/Data teams, translating technical outputs into business-relevant insights.
  4. Identify opportunities for automation and feature enhancements to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.
  5. Support design, testing, and rollout of HRIS enhancements, including writing test scenarios and conducting UAT.
  6. Develop and maintain HR analytics data products for ongoing performance and workforce monitoring.
  7. Create and update user documentation, conduct training sessions, and provide day-to-day support for HR system users.
  8. Collaborate across all functions in People Dept (TA, Payroll, C&B, L&D, ODPMTM, etc.) to optimize workflows and ensure HR systems fully support operational excellence.
  9. Ensure compliance of HR processes and system workflows with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Min 4 years of professional experience in HR systems, data analytics, or HR operations.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing HRIS platforms.
  • Proven track record of designing reports, building dashboards, and providing data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas; e.g: Macros Programming).
  • Advance in data visualization tools is a plus point (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (employee data, attendance, payroll interface, compliance).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking, with curiosity to uncover patterns and provide actionable insights.
  • Effective project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple deliverables.
  • Experience in People Operations (e.g., insurance administration and HR services) is a plus point.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical outputs into business-relevant narratives.
  • Ownership-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in proposing process/system improvements.
