Job Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile monthly financial reports (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and related ledgers) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (project owners, partners) to validate financial data.
  • Monitor project-level financial performance to ensure alignment with budget and capital allocation.
  • Prepare variance analysis between actual and forecasted figures.
  • Maintain and update reconciliation logs, journal entries, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of Evermos Capital investments in projects, including inventory, equipment, and working capital disbursements.
  • Conduct periodic asset verification and physical audits in collaboration with project leads.
  • Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and utilization of capital assets in line with agreement terms.
  • Monitor project milestones and fund utilization to ensure capital is deployed efficiently and as intended.
  • Report red flags or risks related to asset misuse or loss.
  • Support internal audit processes for reconciliations and asset controls.
  • Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend improvements for financial control systems to enhance asset protection and reconciliation accuracy.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reconciliation, project finance, or asset management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with accounting or ERP software (e.g., Jurnal, SAP, Accurate).
  • Placement in Bandung with a full on-site (WFO) working arrangement.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Income Statement).
  • Experience in conducting reconciliations and managing financial records.
  • Knowledge of asset tracking and internal financial controls.
  • Proven ability to interpret and leverage data to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • High level of accuracy and thoroughness in task execution. Able to identify inconsistencies or errors and ensure quality in all deliverables.
  • Ability to approach problems logically, assess complex situations, and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Proactive in identifying challenges and contributing to solution-oriented discussions.
