Job Descriptions

  • Negotiating private label agreements with distributors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
  • Navigate complex negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company while fostering strong, long-term distributor relationships.
  • Analyzing market trends, identifying new distribution opportunities, and understanding consumer behavior to position private label products effectively.
  • Conducting competitive analysis and identifying potential growth opportunities in private label markets.
  • Formulate and execute business development strategies focused on expanding private label offerings.
  • Assess market opportunities and tailor business strategies to fit the company’s goals and the distributor's needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and key stakeholders in the private label supply chain.
  • Collaboration with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, logistics) to align on product offerings and distribution goals.
  • Assess the financial impact of potential deals and forecast business performance.
  • Manage multiple private label initiatives simultaneously, coordinating with internal and external teams to meet deadlines.
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and resources for private label product launches.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on private label or distributor relations, ideally within retail or consumer goods.
  • Proven experience in managing private label deals, including negotiations, pricing, and contract management.
  • In-depth knowledge of private label deal structures, distributor dynamics, and market entry strategies.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with distributors, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Experience in handling key accounts and growing business through new partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and business analytics software.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on win-win outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to identify new business opportunities and solutions.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and business ethics.
