General Description
Responsible for managing Evermos digipro Apps reseller from top to bottom funnel such as onboard new digipro reseller with 0 transaction to do first transaction; retain existing reseller especially loyal reseller to transact on Evermos; handle reseller inquiries and complaints (to be raised to related stakeholders) delivered especially on Whatsapp group. This group of Apps reseller consist of: reguler Evermos reseller and workspace Evermos reseller: Special Price Reseller and D2C Reseller.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle onboarding process for new Digipro leads, ensuring a smooth first transaction experience.
  • Analyze historical transaction data (product preference, voucher usage, etc.) to generate insights and provide recommendations for improving future transactions.
  • Monitor and manage Digipro Apps resellers, particularly through WhatsApp groups, ensuring engagement and compliance.
  • Handle and resolve inquiries and complaints from Digipro Apps resellers, escalating complex cases to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and loyal resellers, ensuring high retention rates.
  • Manage Digipro program & campaign from initiation to execution process, including exposure process across all channels: main banner apps, banner digipro, ELDP, push notif, blast Whatsapp.
  • Prepare and provide detailed weekly reports on Digipro Apps transactions to direct supervisors, highlighting key performance metrics.
  • Compile and send monthly reports of Sedekah Harian program to all donatur.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as Tech, Operations, NBI, SBU Evermos to support business objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum D3/S1 in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in digital product/PPOB.
  • Proven expertise in handling digital product/PPOB transaction.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and improve processes.
  • Graphic design skills are preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
