Program Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing strategic campaign programs that drive user transactions and enhance brand sales performance. This role requires a mix of strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring that promotional campaigns are well-curated, effectively marketed, and successfully implemented in-app. This role will collaborate closely with the internal marketing and supply team to optimize campaign effectiveness and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Development & Execution
  • Conceptualize and develop weekly in-app programs from ideation to launch.
  • Prepare campaign briefs for internal marketing teams to ensure clear execution guidelines.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to align on campaign strategies and execution timelines.
2. Brand Partnership & Negotiation
  • Identify and negotiate with the supply team to establish attractive promotion schemes.
  • Curate products and brands that align with Evermos’ user interests and platform objectives.
3. In-App Exposure & Optimization
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and oversee in-app product placements and campaign exposure.
  • Ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies across all relevant touchpoints.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements for future programs.
4. Performance Tracking & Improvement
  • Provide insights and reports on program effectiveness, suggesting enhancements to increase sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, business development) to continuously refine campaign strategies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in program management, campaign planning, brand partnerships, or related roles.
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or reseller-driven businesses is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis tools.
