Sales Area - B2B & HNWI (DIY)
Job Descriptions:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients and HNWI, leveraging your network and market insights
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for the DIY region
- Present products and services in a compelling manner, addressing client needs and pain points
3. Market Analysis & Leads Generation:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities
- Generate high-quality leads and create a robust sales pipeline
4. Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual value and satisfaction
- Close deals effectively while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements
5. Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply, logistics/operations) to ensure seamless client experiences
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics, to the management team
Job Requirements:
1. Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B or HNWI client segments
- Previous experience in banking, P2P lending, primary bullion or similar industries is a huge plus
2. Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability to build and manage a network of B2B and HNWI clients
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of financial products, market trends, and client management strategies
3. Behavioral Traits:
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and networking abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment
4. Additional Requirements:
- Must be based in DIY and have an extensive network within the region
- Familiarity with the local business environment and client preferences in DIY raya
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities
