• Perform underwriting/assessment for projects/ revenue streams holistically (suggest project structure, identify risk and its mitigations, tax implications)
• Act as coordinator for other support team counterparts (especially Legal and Finance) in the underwriting/ assessment process
• Ensure every business initiatives, projects, revenue streams, and programs align/ comply to company’s risk appetite, guidance, SOP, and other agreed rules
• Coordinate with business team to prepare materials and complete requirement before final assessment by committee
• Liaise with Risk Assurance and Monitoring function to conduct monitoring after initiatives/ projects/ revenue streams/ programs go live

• Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting firms with deep understanding in company structures and tax implications or risk advisory matters
• Has a good communication and negotiation skills
• Has a good ability to create slides presentation
• Have an experience with assessment/advisory matters related with FMCG companies would be point plus
• Has a good analytical skills for giving a proposed/ suggested recommendation related to project structure, tax implications, and also risk
