Key Responsibilities

  • KOL & Media Buying Function
  1. Research and identify relevant and suitable channels, publishers, media, KOLs, etc, both online & offline with different levels, categories, and other related metrics to build powerful brand experiences.
  2. Lists, reach out and build networking directly with KOLs/KOLs Agency by creating clear and relevant brief, kick off program and  ensuring high quality contents delivered
  3. Focus on creating conversation on multiple platforms but not limited to organic conversation
 
  • Campaign Collaboration
  1. Execute campaigns in collaboration with influencers or and media, to effectively promote the handled brands or thematic campaign. 
  2. Engage in the selection, negotiation and maintenance of suitable KOL/Influencers  from various digital platforms.
  3. Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotion
  4. Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
 
  • Performance Management
  1. Analyze and monitor KOL/Influencer & Buzzer & Publisher/Media performance and ensure compliance with campaign contracts and schedules (briefings and posting dates)
  2. Monitoring the results across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
  3. Make a campaign report result from their post. Providing insights for optimization

Required Qualifications

  1. A strong understanding of social media trends, digital campaigns, and influencer marketing tools is a must.
  2. Understand of how 360 marketing campaign or integrated communication works is an advantage
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication 
  4. Having a strong network of KOLs,  able to build and maintain relationships, and having strong negotiation skills is advantageous.
  5. Able to think creatively in developing engaging strategies and able to solve problems that may arise during campaigns.
  6. Genuinely interest in digital marketing, social media, and networking
  7. Able to work with various team member & multiple stakeholders but also have no issues in working alone with minimum supervision
  8. Experience 1-2 years as KOL Officer/Specialist or Brand Marketing Specialist will be advantageous
  9. Willing to be stationed in Bandung, Jawa Barat (WFO)
